The Port of Cartagena Group’s two terminals—SPRC and Contecar—offer their customers and users a virtual tool that substantially simplifies port, customs, and logistics procedures. This tool is called SPRCOnline, which is a system that allows users to complete a wide variety of processes without needing to go in person to the port offices and without presenting physical documents. All you need is an internet connection, a username, and password.
From shipping agents, shipping lines, exporters and importers, customs agencies, shippers, and government entities can obtain complete and real-time information on inventory, movements, and other processes. In addition to the exchange of information, it is also possible to carry out transactions for cargo entry and withdrawal, and other cargo procedures. This makes the management of foreign trade at our terminals more efficient, benefiting all actors involved.
This service is an added value that the Port of Cartagena Group offers its customers. Therefore, company registration and password assignments are completely free of charge on this innovative communication system.
Currently, there are 1,616 registered companies and more than 2,500 registered users.
