Steps for the import process.
- Register in the database of clients, cargo owners, and intermediary companies. See Circular 5968 and its Appendix.
- Identify the cargo’s service number on the Port of Cartagena Group’s website. Port inquiries..
- Request cargo receipt in the MUISCA system using the SPRC Online system..
- Once the cargo inventory has been transferred to the SYGA system, the Customs Agency generates the import declaration using the same system.
- Follow up using the different systems (SPRC Online, MUISCA, SYGA) to continue the cargo nationalization process.
- Check on the SPRC Online si las diferentes autoridades nacionales (DIAN, antinarcóticos y sanitarias) platform if the different national authorities (DIAN, antinarcotics, and health) have placed a hold on it for any reason.

- Obtain clearance from the authorities for the withdrawal of the cargo.

Submit documents for withdrawal, presenting the DR-FMT304 form. Attach import declaration, released BL Master, and declared BL at the service window.
